By creating an account, accessing, or using the BothSides app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- What BothSides Is
BothSides is an anonymous Q&A advice platform. You can post questions about relationships, friendships, and disagreements and receive responses written by the BothSides admin team offering different perspectives.
Users do not message each other directly. All responses you receive are provided by our team.

BothSides is designed to support communication and perspective-sharing. The Service does not provide legal, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
If you are experiencing abuse, a mental health crisis, or serious relationship distress, seek help from a licensed professional or contact local emergency services.
3. Eligibility (16+)
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Your nickname/handle may be displayed with your questions; your real-world identity is not displayed publicly by default.
- You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account, or by emailing us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on what information is deleted and what may be retained.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing
BothSides offers optional paid products.
5.1 Priority Membership — $99.00 USD / month (auto-renewable)
- Provides faster responses, more detailed guidance, follow-up chat with advisors, and priority handling for your questions.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- iOS: Payment is charged to your Apple ID via Apple In-App Purchase. You can manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Android and web: Payment is processed via Stripe. You can manage your subscription in Profile → Manage Membership.
5.2 One-Time Priority — $9.00 USD (one-time purchase)
